Kash and Karry Building Supply was founded in 1986 by JB Leach who had a desire to provide building supplies with honest service at a reasonable price. JB opened the business with one used pickup truck, a forklift and a staff of two.

Being born and raised in Campbell County, he was well known and trusted which led to a steady supply of local customers. With this trust, JB earned the business of several new churches, families, and maintenance departments of local government agencies. It was JB's goal to treat every patron as a unique and appreciated customer, who deserved good service and quality products. This attitude served him well and allowed the business to successfully continue up to present day. With the development of many lake communities, the business continued to grow requiring a staff varying from 10-14 employees delivering supplies to homeowners.

Unfortunately, our founder, JB passed away in November 2020. The torch was then passed to son Keith (Kip) Leach, who continued to strive for exceptional service at reasonable price. We are the only truly local building supply store in the county which keeps your tax dollars at home which further helps our community. While we are not as large as the big box stores, it is still our commitment to strive to provide superior services second to none.
